Define Your Dating Goals

List the Number of People Per Week You Plan to:

Flirt with _____________
Send a fun E-greeting to _____________
Engage in an IM conversation with _____________
Say "Hello" in person to _____________
Phone for a quick chat _____________
Meet for coffee _____________
Ask out on a Date _____________

Once you know what your dating goals are, and how dedicated you are to achieving them, you will have a clearer picture of how ready you are to create a new relationship.

If you've just come out of a painful break-up, you won't necessarily be ready to begin the dating process, that's completely normal. Beginning to date too soon after a break-up can be the recipe for disaster for both parties, because you're going to be too guarded and not yourself.

However, if you're ready to take the plunge, using the guidelines above, you'll at least have a starting point for your journey. Love is supposed to be a fun adventure. Treat those you meet with caring and respect and you will make some great friends along the way to finding the love of your life.
